「微移動」落地臺北士林、新北八里,設計驅動地方觀光加值服務,Web App串連在地內容,打造沈浸式旅程

Micromobility Lands in Taipei’s Shilin and New Taipei’s Bali: Design-Driven Tourism Enhancement with an Immersive Web App

台灣設計研究院(TDRI)在經濟部產業技術司的補助下,今(114)年為推動設計驅動地方觀光加值服務,攜手Aura永續智能科技、OKGO凱智智能系統和Play Design Lab玩味創研,以「微移動」為核心,在臺北士林與新北八里設置兩個落地示範場域並打造「在地情境旅遊 Web App – Aurora」,將地方故事內容融入騎行節奏,讓遊客在體驗過程中即時看見並理解當地的自然、人文與歷史,形成一段可被細細閱讀的士林和八里的沈浸式旅程。

With subsidies from the Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI) has, in 2025, promoted design-driven local tourism enhancement services. Working together with Aura Sustainable Intelligence, OKGO Smart Systems, and Play Design Lab, the project centers around “micromobility,” establishing two demonstration sites in Taipei’s Shilin District and New Taipei City’s Bali District. The team also created Aurora — a local-context immersive travel Web App, weaving local stories into cycling rhythms so that visitors can instantly see and understand the area’s nature, culture, and history during their ride, turning Shilin and Bali into immersive journeys that can be “read” along the way.


微移動,推動地方觀光加值服務體驗

Micromobility: Enhancing Local Tourism Service Experiences

台灣設計研究院(TDRI)與玩味創研合作開發了這款最小可行性測試(MVP)的Web App,結合地圖導引與互動內容,支援「主題探索」和「自由探索」兩種體驗模式,並搭配Aura綠能電輔車使用,讓遊客能邊騎行邊沈浸在地風光。系統於騎行過程中依定位自動觸發景點故事卡,故事內容的基礎是訪談士林和八里的地方引路人(士林神農宮總幹事簡有慶老師、台灣原生植物保育協會理事吳秀蓉老師,和專長三芝鄉文史的淡水社區大學周正義老師)所擁有的在地知識。App支援故事卡內容收藏及旅程軌跡回看,透過將分散的在地文化與歷史整合編排成可讀、可玩的路徑,有效提升體驗品質與再訪意願,為地方觀光樹立了新的服務與體驗模式。

TDRI and Play Design Lab co-developed this minimum viable product (MVP) Web App, integrating map navigation with interactive content. It supports two modes—“Theme Exploration” and “Free Exploration”—and is paired with Aura’s eco-friendly electric-assist bicycles, allowing riders to immerse themselves in local scenery as they pedal. During the ride, location-based triggers automatically reveal story cards. These stories originate from interviews with local guides in Shilin and Bali, including Jian You-Qing (General Secretary of Shilin Shennong Temple), Wu Xiu-Rong (Director of the Taiwan Native Plant Conservation Association), and Zhou Zheng-Yi (an expert on San-Zhi’s local history from Tamsui Community College).
The app supports story card bookmarking and allows riders to review their travel route afterward. By integrating fragmented cultural and historical information into readable, playable routes, the system enhances the quality of the experience and increases the desire for repeat visits—setting a new model for local tourism services.


臺北士林,城市樞紐的歷史走讀

Taipei Shilin: A Historical Walk Through an Urban Hub

設研院表示,Aura永續智能科技在士林Uspace福林第一停車場設置了短期活動測試體驗的站點,將士林定位為「交通樞紐、生活街區、 歷史地標」的綜合體驗場景。旅人可自行選擇體驗模式,騎乘Aura綠能電輔車,沿著老街巷弄與官邸園區周邊體驗前行。系統會根據騎行定位彈出景點故事卡,介紹士林(舊稱八芝蘭)的建築沿革與街區歷史交疊的脈絡。旅人在騎行間可收藏故事卡並回看旅程軌跡,在體驗的時間軸上看見士林的過去與現在,感受城市歷史氛圍的層次與變化。

TDRI noted that Aura Sustainable Intelligence has set up a short-term pilot station at the Uspace Fulin No.1 Parking Lot in Shilin. Shilin is positioned as a composite experience site combining transportation hub, everyday neighborhood, and historical landmarks. Travelers can choose their preferred mode and ride Aura’s electric-assist bicycle through old streets and around the official residence and garden district.
Location-based triggers display story cards explaining the architectural evolution and the overlapping historical context of Shilin—formerly known as Bazhilan. Riders may bookmark cards and revisit their route afterwards, viewing Shilin’s past and present along a chronological timeline and experiencing the layered atmosphere of its urban history.


新北八里,河岸慢行的自然與人文

New Taipei Bali: Riverside Slow Travel Through Nature and Culture

設研院指出,以位於八里渡船頭、已有兩百多年歷史的八里大眾廟為起點,八里場域以河岸自行車道為主軸,將潮汐地景、濕地生態與聚落故事串連成體驗節點。騎乘過程中手機會播放介紹豐富的自然生態、地景由來及地方聚落故事等,引導旅人慢速深度感受在地的生態與自然人文。體驗結束後,透過個人旅程軌跡的回播並重溫已收藏的故事卡內容,將左岸風景轉化為可回味、可再訪的地方記憶,形成八里專屬的慢行節奏。

Starting from the historic Bali Dazhong Temple, which has stood for over 200 years by the Bali Ferry Dock, the Bali demonstration site centers on the riverside bikeway. It links tidal landscapes, wetland ecology, and settlement stories into a sequence of experience points.
As riders move along the path, the app plays audio introducing ecological richness, landscape origins, and local community histories—guiding visitors to experience Bali’s natural and cultural environment at a slow, thoughtful pace. After the ride, users can replay their travel route and revisit saved story cards, transforming the scenery of the Tamsui River’s left bank into lasting, memorable impressions that encourage future visits.


設計導入,移動體驗再升級

Design-Driven Enhancements: Upgrading Mobile Experiences

設研院樂觀期待,本次計畫不僅止於單點體驗的打造,更是一次將「移動方式」、「互動體驗」與「在地文化」串連整合的設計實驗。從場域的動線設計到情境化App的介面設計,乃至於騎乘節奏與故事卡的觸發邏輯,這不僅是一趟旅程的設計,更是一次關於「地方如何被重新感知」的提案,讓人們看見設計如何從日常移動開始,悄悄改變我們與城市、與地方的關係。

TDRI is optimistic that this project goes beyond creating single-point experiences. It serves as a design experiment that integrates “mobility,” “interactive experiences,” and “local culture.” From route planning and contextual interface design to the logic that synchronizes cycling rhythm with story card triggers, this is more than just designing a journey. It is a proposal for rethinking how places can be perceived anew, showing how design—beginning with everyday mobility—can subtly transform our relationship with cities and the places we move through.
