Kaichi GreenTech’s Electric Two-Wheelers Gain Momentum!Poised to Seize Domestic and Global Green Opportunities, IPO Planned for H2
Kaichi GreenTech, a leading provider of smart electric two-wheelers and intelligent energy storage systems, participated in the 2023 Taipei Cycle Show, unveiling a comprehensive range of electric mobility service solutions.
The company noted that over the past two years, its technology and the supporting infrastructure have steadily matured. With rising demand for sustainable mobility both domestically and internationally, Kaichi expects strong growth momentum this year. The company has already planned for an IPO and aims to initiate public offering procedures in the second half of the year, targeting emerging market (TPEx) and main board listings within the next two years.
Kaichi GreenTech’s showcased services include complete e-bike system development and integration for industry-specific applications, following a B2B model. Its focus areas include regional public e-bike programs and smart transportation systems for commercial districts. Product offerings span electric bicycles, scooters, delivery bikes, logistics vehicles, and mobile robotics. On the systems side, Kaichi develops commercial cloud fleet management platforms and electric powertrain solutions.
In Europe, Kaichi has partnered with Rybit, a smart micro-mobility rental and system integration platform. Rybit supplies shared e-vehicles and intelligent rental management systems for major fast-food chains, delivery services, and logistics companies. Kaichi provides Rybit with integrated vehicle design, manufacturing, and hardware systems.
Beyond mobility, Kaichi is actively expanding into the green energy sector. Through its ESG division, the company handles solar generation and energy storage site development—from land acquisition to planning and equipment installation.
In December of last year, Kaichi’s alliance launched its second self-developed 4.9MW grid-connected energy storage site, slated for completion in September. Including the existing sites and a facility in Tainan Science Park, Kaichi now operates four 4.9MW systems. Looking ahead, the company plans to begin construction of a 100MW solar + storage site (e-dReg) in Q1 of 2023, aiming to become Taiwan’s first team to achieve such scale in green energy deployment.
With its IPO plan on track for H2 2023, Kaichi GreenTech is poised to become a key player in both electric mobility and sustainable energy, advancing Taiwan’s position in the global green tech landscape.
凱智綠能電動二輪車發威！搶攻國內外綠能商機 估H2啟動IPO計畫
智能電動二輪車及智慧儲能系統廠凱智綠能，參加2023年台北國際自行車展，展出一系列電動二輪車應用服務方案。公司指出，前兩年推廣期，技術跟環境逐漸成熟，今年海內外可望迎來成長動能，公司已經規畫IPO計畫，今年下半年將會進行公開發行，目標2年朝興櫃及上櫃目標邁進。
凱智綠能參加2023年台北國際自行車展，展出一系列電動二輪車應用服務方案。提供服務發展電動自行車e-bike整車設計與產業應用，採取B2B應用模式，聚焦於區域公共電動自行車服務、商圈智慧運輸服務等，凱智綠能擁有多項產品，包括：電動自行車、電動機車、電動滑板車、電動物流車、搬運機器人設計等，技術應用方面有電動車商用雲端管理系統、電動車動力總成系統。
其中，凱智綠能在歐洲已經與智慧微交通運具租賃平台系統整合商Rybit合作，Rybit提供共享運具與外送電輔車智慧運具及租賃管理平台給眾多業者，其客戶包括多家大型速食、外送平台、物流等業者，凱智綠能負責提供系統整合車輛設計製造及設備供應。
凱智綠能同時也積極搶攻國內外綠能商機，其ESG綠能事業部，主要展開創能及儲能案場建置業務，從土地開發到案場規畫、設備建置。
在去年12月，凱智綠能大聯盟二度攜手自建4.9MW併網型儲能新案場，預計今年9月完工上線，加上已經上線及台南南科建置的儲能業務，累計有4個4.9MW儲能案場運作。同時規劃2023年Q1投入100MW的大型光儲e-dReg案場，並期許成為台灣第一個完成100MW的團隊，搶攻綠能商機，將綠能產業向前邁進一大步。
凱智綠能目前已經規畫IPO計畫，預計今年下半年將會進行公開發行，未來2年朝興櫃及上櫃目標邁進。
