MOOVO Smart Bike Sees Strong Results in Changhua: 97.7% Satisfaction in Two Years

Taiwan’s cross-border micro-mobility startup MOOVO (Rybit Technologies) has successfully operated the nation’s first smart public bike system—featuring both standard and electric-assist bikes—in Changhua County. Over two years, it has surpassed 1.8 million rides and become a vital part of daily commuting, earning a 97.7% user satisfaction rate.

Unlike traditional docked systems, MOOVO uses smart e-lock docking stations to solve long-standing issues such as “no bikes to borrow” or “no docks to return”, and avoids land wastage caused by non-rentable backup bikes. Today, Changhua Railway Station can handle up to 500 simultaneous check-ins/outs during peak hours, greatly improving service efficiency and public convenience.MOOVO also collaborates with Taiwan-based partners Wistron and OKGO to launch its latest generation of smart e-bikes. Internationally, its Powered by Rybit vehicle management platform has gained traction in the booming delivery market across 50+ cities, serving major clients such as Dominos, McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, and UberEats—solidifying its position in the global commercial leasing and logistics mobility sector.
