The Strongest Rival of YouBike Revealed: MOOVO E-Bike Earns High Satisfaction in Changhua

Over the past two years, Changhua County has introduced the MOOVO Smart Public Bike System, developed by Rybit, reaching over 1.8 million rides. Unlike traditional systems, MOOVO is the only one in Taiwan to feature smart e-lock docking, solving common issues like unavailable bikes, full stations, and inefficient land use. At peak times, the Changhua Railway Station hub now supports up to 500 simultaneous bike check-ins/outs, increasing efficiency fivefold.

Amid widespread adoption of YouBike in other regions, Changhua chose MOOVO for its cost-effectiveness and hybrid fleet—integrating both standard and electric-assist bikes. A recent survey of 400 users, conducted by a third-party firm, showed a 97.7% satisfaction rate.

At a recent press event, Rybit showcased its “Powered by Rybit” fleet management system, already active in 50 cities worldwide, serving major delivery partners like Dominos, McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, and UberEats.

Rybit also unveiled a new smart e-bike model co-developed with Taiwan partners Wistron and OKGO. Featuring a modular, platform-based design, the vehicle is adaptable to diverse regulatory and logistics needs across both Europe and the U.S., targeting the fast-growing commercial leasing and delivery markets.

彰化縣政府於兩年前引進運點科技（Rybit）的 MOOVO 智慧公共自行車系統，截至目前已累計逾 180 萬人次使用，並成為全台唯一主打「智慧電子樁」的共享單車方案。根據第三方市調顯示，使用者整體滿意度高達 97.7%。

MOOVO 以智慧化借還設計有效解決無車可借、無柱可還等問題，彰化火車站前廣場尖峰時段借還效率提升達 5 倍。MOOVO 系統整合一般腳踏車與電動輔助車，是全台首見雙運具整合方案，成為彰化居民通勤日常的重要工具。

在最新成果發表中，運點科技同步展示全球佈局的 Powered by Rybit 車隊管理平台，目前已進軍 50 個城市，服務 UberEats、麥當勞等國際品牌。同場亦首度亮相與 緯創、OKGO 凱智綠能 共同打造的新一代電輔車，具備模組化平台設計，可同時滿足歐美法規及商業配送需求，搶攻全球綠色運具市場。
